Web Design Updates on Sarouen.com
Why do you need to upgrade your website, or why do you have a website in general? Having a website is like having a brand new car.. you have it for a bit keep it well maintain and then when your ready for the new upgrade you make the change.
Keeping it FRESH and UPDATED
My website goes through changes almost every 2 years. Why? the net is always changing, coding, styles, servers etc… you need to make sure your website can still be displayed properly for your viewers. Have you ever looks at a website on Chrome then view it on Firefox and you can see some difference? That’s because the coding and script used are displayed different in the way the browser view your website. Making a website you need to make sure your website will be compatible with different browser platforms. Another thing is you need to make your website 100% mobile friendly. A major of views are not just viewing your website on there computer, majority are viewing website on tablet and mobile devices.
OK, yes version 4 looks a lot like version 5 website. I agree slightly BUT they are very similar in the skeleton but different in many ways. Version 4 did not support a PHP upgrade, which was one of the reason why I changed the website within 1 year and 4 months. It didn’t reach the 2 year mark, but that’s OK. As a graphic designer, or a designer in general you will all want to change things. You will always look at something that is finish and wish it could be better. This is exactly what I did! After knowing my old website was not going to be displayed properly in the new server upgrade I decided to change it within the 2 days.
What’s My Website Style?
Simple and Clean. I don’t like clutter. Clutter is a horrible thing! You don’t want to overwhelm your visitors with pictures here and there, text all over the place! How horrible would that be if all that clutter was a representation of you driving on a highway to go home, and then all these cars, construction lanes, cops cars, motorcycles, bikers everything possible was all busy around you! All you want to do is just go home! A simple 3 lane route, driving straight towards the exit. Having a website that is designed well where everything fits and the directions are simple is the way to go. You want your visitors to know exactly where to go (like their directions to go home) what kind of services or information they are looking for. Without having to be so frustrated and leaving your website without even finding what they are looking for.
